To be successful you will need:
Strong commercial thinking and business acumen – able to diagnose performance gaps, identify market trends, highlight key compliance and risk issues that could impact business performance, ability to distil complex business and customer scenarios into simple, sensible and insight led coaching
Passionate about people development, in addition to taking independent initiatives to achieve the required results
Strong communication, organizational and project management skills
Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
Strong problem-solving skills for wide range of problems
Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
Possess Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper, including Paper 1, 3 and 5
Previous experiences in coaching / sales of wealth insurance
University degree in Business or related discipline
