Your Skills and Experience: 3+ years of experience in a commodities-focused analytical role within the buy-side, sell-side, consulting, trading house, or a related environment. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. Strong understanding of Chinese commodity markets, commodity value chains, and the macroeconomic factors that influence them. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data handling, modelling, and visualisation. Familiarity with Bloomberg or other market intelligence platforms. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and spoken. High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
