- 发掘并跟进保险商机，提升客户渗透率
- 为高净值及内地客户提供退休规划方案
- 协助识别客户保险需求并提供合适方案
- 遵守内控与合规要求，降低风险
職位要求
- 大学毕业优先，相关金融资格更佳
- 有保险销售经验，熟悉万能寿险更佳
- 需具备IIQE Paper 1、2、3
- 英语和中文流利，普通话优先

Requirements University graduate preferred; CFA/CFP/CFMP/QRA/AEPP would be an advantage Proven insurance sales experience; Exposure in universal life insurance policy would be an advantage Attain appropriate professional and regulatory qualifications (IIQE Paper 1, 2 and 3 is a must/ HKSI Paper 1, 7 and 8 is preferred) Attain any internal standards as required by country Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Fluent Putonghua preferred Customer centric mindset and ability to manage complex interactions effectively Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment Be curious and with passion to think deeply and rationally High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
