What We Are Looking For
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting children with SEND and committed to ensuring that every child can achieve success. The successful candidate will be patient, caring, resilient, and able to build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, families, colleagues, and external professionals. They will have a good understanding of, or a willingness to develop knowledge and expertise in, supporting children with communication and interaction needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition. They will be an effective team player with strong communication skills, a flexible and proactive approach, and a genuine commitment to inclusion, safeguarding, and pupil wellbeing.
