What We’re Looking For 8+ years of professional software engineering experience using Java. At least 4 years of experience working with modern technologies, including a proven track record operating at Senior Engineer level. Hands-on experience building and supporting low-latency, front-office trading systems. Deep understanding of execution management systems (EMS), including their core functionality and workflows. Strong knowledge of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. A collaborative mindset and a preference for working in team-oriented environments. A strong commitment to engineering quality, reliability, and high development standards. Passion for delivering a best-in-class developer experience, with a focus on tooling, performance, and maintainability.
