Key Requirements: - GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C/4 or above. - Level 2 or 3 Diploma (or equivalent) and working at or towards HLTA professional standards. - Proven experience navigating the EHCP application process and compiling statutory assessment paperwork. - Experience working with children within a learning environment. - Solid working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, local authority processes, and high-incidence SEND need types. - Exceptional written communication skills for drafting precise, legally defensible reports. - Strong organisational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple complex cases under strict statutory deadlines. - Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and travel across Trust sites as required (although much of the work will be able to be completed virtually).
