What We Are Looking For Strong experience working in child protection, social care, youth work or a pastoral school environment. Deep knowledge of safeguarding frameworks (e.g. Keeping Children Safe in Education, local guidance). Exceptional communication, active listening and conflict-resolution skills. High level of emotional resilience, professionalism and strict adherence to confidentiality. A strong team player to work alongside a large safeguarding team. The desire to complete regular CPD to keep up with demands of this role.
