About You

You are a qualified accountant with 7+ years of experience in accounting or another relevant area such as corporate finance.
In-depth understanding of fund structures (Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Private Credit)
A strong understanding of Venture Capital or Private Equity, ideally with regards to back office fund operations and fund administration.
Experience working in private markets within Luxembourg, including familiarity with Luxembourg fund structures and the local regulatory environment.
Proven track record of stakeholder management or client relationship management and excellent communication skills.
You will have an interest in software products built to solve technical financial problems. You will be interested in talking to prospective customers,helping them to build and solve their operational problems.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in a SAAS customer facing role
Experience in a Fund Accounting / Fund Administration role.
Knowledge and experience of European Alternative Funds regulations.
