- If you are successful in your application then your contract would stay in place after exams had ended and when the next period of exams started you would be able to return, all that would be required is a follow up Safer Recruitment Check for you to work for us again. About You Experience of working in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training and support will be given. We are looking for someone who has: High level of attention to detail and observational skills. Strong communication skills to read out official scripts or direct large numbers of students. Ability to remain calm, firm, and authoritative under pressure. Good timekeeping and a reliable, punctual work ethic. Basic numeracy and literacy skills to double-check candidate codes and track attendance logs
