What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, initiative and organisational skills, alongside experience delivering projects in a medical communications environment
Experience and skills:
Previous experience within a medical communications agency or a similar healthcare communications environment.
Project management skills, with experience coordinating multiple projects and competing deadlines.
Experience supporting medical affairs and/or commercial communications deliverables.
Client-facing communication skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
A solutions focussed approach and the confidence to take ownership of day-to-day responsibilities.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
Collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
An understanding of project budgets and financial processes.
