• The role will include supporting the delivery of high-quality learning experiences through both adult-led activities and purposeful play, working with individuals and small groups, and helping children to develop their communication and language, early literacy and mathematics, physical development, independence, confidence and personal, social and emotional skills. The successful candidate will support the class teacher with the preparation and organisation of the learning environment, observations and assessment of children’s progress, and the implementation of appropriate interventions and individual support where required.
