About You An excellent communicator, confident in building engaging learning relationships that motivate students to achieve their full potential. Able to communicate effectively and professionally with a wide range of employers and work placement teams to advocate for student progress. Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the professional roles within Early Years and Teaching Assistant sectors. A genuine passion for inspiring and motivating young people to become the next generation of the education and childcare workforce. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and use your own initiative across various settings, including work placements, remote working, and college-based days. Ability to be adaptable and flexible in your approach to meet the diverse needs of different learners, ensuring an inclusive assessment experience. Proficient in using technology to upload, track, and record student progress accurately (e.g., e-portfolios). Strong administrative skills to ensure all marking and evidence meet the high standards required for moderation.
