About You

Experience of supporting young people and helping them to achieve their potential

The skills, knowledge and understanding required to be an effective Teaching Assistant
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families, helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment
A positive role model who promotes pupils' confidence, independence and wellbeing
