Has experience working with pupils with a diverse range of abilities and needs.
Has high expectations and a genuine belief that every child can succeed.
Communicates clearly and confidently with pupils, staff and families.
Understands that context informs decisions but does not define expectations or lower ambition.
Is committed to continual professional development and collaborative working.
