Who You Are: Significant leadership experience within Further Education, Sixth Form or Higher Education. A strong track record of improving educational performance and learner outcomes. Experience of managing large, complex curriculum areas and multi-site teams. Excellent knowledge of A Level curriculum development, quality assurance and educational performance measures. Strong financial and budget management skills. Outstanding communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience of leading change, managing performance and developing staff. A commitment to excellence, innovation and student success.
