Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or performance marketing within a B2B environment.
Demonstrated ability to connect the dots on multi-channel B2B attribution, full-funnel lead tracking, and campaign performance measurement.
Experience producing B2B content (research, case studies, gated assets) with a clear line from content to lead generation, not just brand awareness.
Proven track record as a proactive builder who thrives with ambiguous briefs and excels at solving complex operational inefficiencies.
Strong understanding of full-funnel data, lead tracking, and attribution frameworks.
Practical experience applying AI tools or automation to streamline marketing workflows, campaign execution, and data analysis.
Hands-on experience building landing pages and web assets with strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and Wordpress, as well as building email campaigns.
Proficiency in managing core B2B marketing systems, including Salesforce and Marketo.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience driving international B2B growth and collaborating effectively across diverse cross-cultural markets.
Strong writing/editing instincts, with experience briefing designers or working with content/SEO/brand teams to ship polished assets fast.
Hands-on experience implementing multi-touch attribution models that tracks pipeline reporting and funnel analysis.
Demonstrated success in prospecting campaign design and customer lifecycle retention modeling.
Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI marketing technologies, copilots, or marketing automation platforms.
Passion for restaurants, hospitality, and dining culture.
