What You Bring We are seeking a candidate who balances professional skill with genuine heart. The ideal applicant will have: Experience: Proven experience working with children of a relevant age, specifically those with significant needs and social/communication difficulties. Qualifications: Completion Teaching Assistant qualification or relevant Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of the national curriculum, child development, and basic learning strategies (e.g., literacy and numeracy). Adaptability: The ability to work constructively within a team while self-evaluating your own learning needs. Essential Skills: Good numeracy/literacy skills and the ability to use ICT and other classroom technology effectively to support learning. This is more than a job; it is a chance to provide the "particular support" that allows a child with complex needs to succeed. You will work in a supportive environment where your feedback on pupil progress is valued and directly informs the teacher's planning Previous applicants need not apply.
