About you You will have: GCSE (or equivalent) in English and maths, grade 4/C or above Experience of working with children, in a school or similar setting (paid or voluntary) Good communication skills, with the ability to build warm, positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents/carers Patience, resilience and a good sense of humour The ability to work as part of a team and to use your own initiative A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Desirable: a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, and experience of supporting pupils with SEND or delivering interventions.
