About you
We are looking for a professional who is deeply committed to the safeguarding and well-being of young people. You should be a flexible team player capable of staying calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Our ideal candidate possesses:
A full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 3 or higher), with Paediatric First Aid and Food & Hygiene certificates considered highly desirable.
Proven experience working in childcare or education (such as a nursery or pre-school), including experience planning activities and working with parents.
A comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), child development, and Child Protection procedures.
Strong communication and organizational skills, basic IT proficiency, and the ability to record detailed observations of children’s progress.
