About you
We're looking for an approachable, credible and solutions-focused HR professional with strong generalist experience and sound employee relations expertise.
You'll be confident handling sensitive matters, building effective relationships and supporting leaders to make fair, informed decisions.
Experience in education, a multi-academy trust or a unionised environment would be an advantage, but we also welcome fresh perspectives and transferable experience from other sectors.
Most importantly, you'll be someone who takes ownership, challenges constructively and believes great HR should be both human and effective.
