What We're Looking For
A caring, patient and compassionate approach to supporting children.
An understanding of, or willingness to learn about, Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and additional educational needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to remain calm and supportive in a busy school environment.
A positive attitude and commitment to inclusive practice.
Experience of working with children, particularly those with additional needs, would be advantageous.
The ability to work effectively as part of a team while using initiative when required.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
