About You
We are looking for an individual who is:
Passionate about supporting children's learning and development.
Committed to delivering excellent outcomes for all pupils.
Patient, caring and able to build positive relationships with children.
A strong communicator who works effectively as part of a team.
Highly organised, adaptable and proactive.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of 3 GCSEs (Grade C/Level 4 or above), including English and Mathematics.
Experience working in a school, educational, childcare or youth support setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals.
Strong commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification, NVQ/VRQ Level 3, or an equivalent qualification.
