About You
Experience sourcing promotional merchandise or branded products, working directly with suppliers and decorators
Proven supplier, decorator or vendor management experience, including negotiating pricing, terms, and agreements
Strong understanding of design principles and ability to communicate them clearly
Experience using promotional product software such as CommonSKU, Hoops, MPower Promo, Netsuite, or similar
Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar
Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple workstreams across internal and external stakeholders
Strong attention to detail and accuracy across orders, pricing, and fulfilment
Able to manage workload effectively in a fast paced, high pressure environment
Strong business acumen with a cost-conscious mindset
Strong communication skills with a collaborative, team oriented approach
