Key Requirements Experience working with or caring for school-aged children, particularly those with additional/complex needs. Very good literacy and numeracy skills. Competence in using ICT and classroom technology (e.g., interactive whiteboards). Knowledge of child development, learning processes, and the national/foundation stage curriculum. Strong communication skills and the ability to work constructively within a team. Confidence in the water / ability to swim. Willingness to complete the school’s Teaching Assistant Induction programme Working Hours Options (Monday - Friday): 32.5 hours per week (8:30 am - 3:30 pm) 27.5 hours per week (9:00 am - 3:00 pm)
