What We Are Looking For Strong background and competence in supporting children and young people with vulnerable backgrounds or high-level SEND needs. Excellent collaborative, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, academy staff, and external partner agencies. Experience in planning, delivering, and managing targeted interventions and alternative educational activities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage budgets, action plans, and progress assessments. A firm commitment to child protection, safeguarding, and data privacy (GDPR) standards.
