About You
4+ years in partnerships or account management
Experience in or building partnership channels via law firms, asset management firms or professional services firms preferred. (Ideally from scratch)
Strong understanding of the private markets ecosystem — PE, VC, credit, real assets — and how legal and compliance workstreams operate within it
Experience managing senior relationships and navigating complex, multi-stakeholder organisations.
Commercially sharp, with the ability to structure and close partnership deals
Excellent communicator — confident presenting to partners, General Counsels and C-suite stakeholders.
Proactive and self-directed; comfortable building something from the ground up
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

Salary
We are hiring for multiple levels and locations, so final offers may vary from the amounts listed based on geography, experience and expertise, and other factors.
