What we’re looking for: A degree or industry-recognised qualification in a relevant performing arts discipline. A recognised post-16 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one). Significant experience in the performing arts industry, with a proven track record of successful teaching and assessment. Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate learners. A commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
