About You
We're looking for an individual who:
Has significant experience in health and safety or compliance management.
Understands estates and premises compliance requirements within complex organisations.
Has experience of carrying out audits, inspections and assurance reviews.
Can confidently advise and challenge leaders where improvements are needed.
Possesses excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
Can build positive relationships whilst maintaining high standards and accountability.
Is passionate about creating safe, compliant and effective educational environments.
Experience within the education sector would be beneficial but is not essential.
