What We’re Looking For • At least three (3) years of professional experience implementing scalable web applications with React and TypeScript. • Experience contributing to systems that solve complex business problems and handle massive amounts of data; you are drawn towards scale, distributed systems, and associated technologies. • A strong command of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms. • The ability to clearly explain the nuances of system design and paradigms to engineers and stakeholders. • A track record of prioritizing end-user experience, reflected in your API design, functionality, and performance. • Demonstrated ability to mentor team members, define engineering standards, and drive a system- design approach to building new services. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality products. • Pride in the quality of your work and a high standard for what you ship. Nice to Have • Experience leading front-end architecture for large-scale or data-intensive applications. • Deep experience with monorepo tooling (Nx, Turborepo) and micro-frontend architectures such as Module Federation. • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). • Experience in financial services, capital markets, or trading platforms.
