職位要求

  • Willingness to undertake training as required, including in medical and first aid matters relevant to individual pupils.
  • Support pupils in using standard and specialised equipment as directed, and prepare and maintain resources required to meet lesson plans.
  • Work effectively across both mainstream classes and our specialist SEND provision, adapting approach, communication and resources to the different environments as required.
  • Attend relevant meetings as required, including SEND review meetings, EHCP Annual Reviews and staff briefings.
  • Participate in training, professional development and performance management as required.
