Essential Requirements Assessor qualification (A1, D32/D33, TAQA, CAVA or equivalent). Degree in Childcare, Early Years, Education, or a related subject. Significant occupational experience within the childcare or early years sector. Excellent knowledge of childcare legislation, safeguarding, and best practice. Strong communication, organisational, and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of learners.
