What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in game production, with significant experience in mobile free-to-play or live-service games.
Proven experience managing the development and delivery of mobile game features, systems, content, events, or other player-facing experiences.
Strong understanding of Live Operations, including high-frequency content delivery, live calendars, release cycles, remote configuration, QA validation, launch readiness, and post-launch support.
Experience managing multiple concurrent development workstreams with complex cross-functional dependencies.
Strong understanding of roadmap planning, milestone management, critical-path tracking, risk management, change management, and delivery readiness.
Experience partnering closely with Engineering and technical teams, with an understanding of client/server dependencies, configuration, integration, and mobile release considerations.
Demonstrated ability to manage dependency escalation, negotiate tradeoffs, and create accountability across teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to bring clarity to complex or ambiguous situations.
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for the quality and accuracy of production information.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Confluence, Google Workspace, or similar project-management systems.
Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, from shaping a development roadmap to following individual deliverables through completion.
A player-focused mindset and passion for building engaging, polished, and continuously evolving mobile game experiences.
