What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Growth, Operations, Program Management, Project Management, Consulting, or a similarly high-execution environment.
A proven ability to build trust across technical, operational, and customer-facing teams while driving alignment and execution without direct authority.
Strong operational judgment with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex problems.
A systems mindset—you naturally look for opportunities to improve processes, eliminate friction, and build scalable ways of working.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities, rapidly context switching, and making sound decisions in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable, with a bias toward ownership and execution.
Experience translating customer needs into actionable internal priorities and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Familiarity with the defense industry and government acquisition process is preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Asana, Confluence, and Foundry.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Communications, Political Science, or a related field.
Physical Location
Work full-time onsite in our London office.
Regular travel required for product testing, customer demonstrations and cross-functional collaboration with teams at our Los Angeles HQ (roughly 20%).
