About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children, families and professionals.
Can quickly build positive and trusting relationships.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is organised, resilient and able to manage a varied workload.
Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and the needs of vulnerable children.
Demonstrates empathy, professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive situations.
Is committed to improving outcomes for young people and their families.
Previous experience within an educational, safeguarding, family support, social care or community-based setting would be advantageous.
