About You We are looking for someone who: Is practical, organised and self-motivated. Can work independently and use their own initiative. Has good interpersonal and communication skills. Is confident using ICT systems or is willing to learn (full training will be provided). Takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail. Has a flexible and positive approach, coupled with a good sense of humour. Enjoys being part of a supportive school community.
