What We’re Looking For Level 3 qualification and GCSEs in English & Maths (A–C). Experience in a school setting and knowledge of the primary curriculum. Strong communication, teamwork, and behaviour management skills. A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional development. • Level 3 qualification Early Years qualification (Desirable).
