We would like to hear from candidates who:
Have a Level 2 qualification or relevant experience in a childcare setting.
Have a genuine interest in working with children.
Are caring, patient and committed to supporting children's learning and wellbeing.
Have good communication and teamwork skills.
Are enthusiastic, positive and willing to learn.
Have basic ICT skills and an understanding of child development.
Are committed to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
Previous experience working with children or in a school environment is desirable but not essential.
