Demonstrate a sound understanding of safeguarding legislation and child protection procedures. Possess excellent organisational, administrative and record-keeping skills. Be able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, families and professionals.
