Who You Are: We're looking for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and creating meaningful opportunities that help them thrive. You will have: A genuine passion for student development, wellbeing and community building. Experience working positively with young people and supporting their growth, engagement and progression. Strong organisational, planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities and events successfully. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and external partners. A creative, proactive and innovative approach to developing engaging programmes and activities. The ability to foster an inclusive, welcoming and supportive environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders. Good IT skills and experience maintaining accurate records and monitoring programme outcomes. A commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion, and supporting positive outcomes for all learners.
