What We're Looking For We are seeking someone who: Has experience in a safeguarding or pastoral role, ideally within a secondary school. Has a strong understanding of safeguarding legislation, policies and procedures. Is calm, resilient and compassionate when working with young people and families. Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills. Is committed to making a positive difference to the lives of children.
