About you We are looking for confident, flexible and proactive individuals with a passion for education and supporting student success. Essential: PGCE or Level 4+ teaching qualification (or equivalent). Ability to deliver lessons across a wide range of curriculum areas. Strong classroom management skills and confidence supporting mixed‑ability learners. Experience working with students in an educational setting. Competence in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams. Good understanding of SEND and inclusive classroom practice. Excellent communication, organisation and time‑management skills. Ability to supervise learners aged 14–16 and 16+. Experience of, or familiarity with, the further education environment. Desirable: Experience leading cover or supervising learners in a classroom setting. Ability to work effectively as part of a wider teaching team. You will be professional, adaptable and student‑focused, with a commitment to delivering high‑quality learning experiences.
