What We’re Looking For
Professional experience in product design.
Strong foundation in user-centered design principles and design thinking methodologies.
Proven experience designing for data-rich, workflow-heavy interfaces and complex systems.
High proficiency in Figma and experience working within comprehensive design systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions, trade-offs, and rationale clearly to cross-functional partners.
A systems-thinking mindset with a passion for high craft, continuous iteration, and constructive feedback.
Nice to Have
Experience designing for enterprise platforms, including admin, builder, data modeling, or AI-assisted workflows.
Exposure to designing AI-powered experiences (e.g., conversational interfaces, intelligent assistants, contextual recommendations, or generative AI features).
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how design decisions translate into technical implementation.
Familiarity with web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and inclusive design practices.
Experience in enterprise SaaS, financial systems, business planning software, or complex B2B solutions.
Experience operating within Agile, cross-functional product teams.
