- Operational Leadership: Provide strong operational management alongside the Lead Teacher, deputising when required and maintaining high standards across the provision.
- The Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is likely to come under the requirements of the Childcare (Disqualification) 2009 Regulations, therefore successful candidates will be required to complete a declaration form to establish whether disqualified under these regulations. The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS, and have checks carried out with past employers. Right to Work in the UK will need to be established.
