About You We welcome applications from therapists at all stages of their career. You will have: A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification (essential) HCPC registration (essential) Strong communication and organisational skills (essential) A commitment to child-centred, evidence-based practice (essential) The ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team (essential) Experience of working with children and young people with SEND, autism, SEMH needs or developmental trauma would be advantageous but is not essential.
