- You will work under the guidance of teaching staff and the learning support team to provide high-level academic, executive functioning, and pastoral support to post-16 students undertaking A-Level courses. The role focuses on helping students overcome barriers to learning—including SEND, mental health challenges, and executive dysfunction—while actively fostering the self-direction required for higher education and employment.
