  • planning and investigation of new works, as required by the Headteacher
  • The successful candidate must be able to complete minor DIY repairs and have general maintenance skills and knowledge. The candidate must be well organised and able to use his/her own initiative, and provide advice and guidance for the Headteacher as required, on building development and maintenance.
