Who You Are: Qualified in mental health or able to demonstrate substantial experience working within the mental health field. Experienced in supporting young people and adults with a range of mental health needs. Knowledgeable about safeguarding, child protection and mental health-related issues. A confident communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with learners, colleagues and external partners. Passionate about promoting wellbeing, inclusion and equal opportunities. Highly organised, with strong record-keeping and case-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and digital record systems. Enthusiastic, resilient and committed to making a positive difference to the lives of learners.
