Minimum Qualifications
You have significant experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, Integration Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
You have deep experience working with REST APIs, JSON payloads, authentication methods, webhooks, and system integrations.
You are experienced in reviewing logs, debugging API requests and responses, and diagnosing complex integration issues.
You have successfully led complex technical implementations from discovery through production launch.
You are comfortable owning complex, quarter-length initiatives and driving work forward across multiple stakeholders.
You can navigate ambiguity, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and drive technical decisions toward resolution.
Preferred Qualifications
You have excellent communication skills and can translate complex technical concepts and tradeoffs for technical and non-technical audiences.
You have experience partnering with Engineering and Product teams to investigate technical challenges and deliver scalable solutions.
You can balance multiple complex projects and priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
You demonstrate strong technical judgment and know when to independently drive a solution and when to engage additional expertise.
You contribute technical knowledge and expertise in ways that improve the effectiveness of those around you.
Experience in restaurant technology, hospitality technology, SaaS platforms, or system integrations is a plus.
