What we are looking for We are looking for an ambitious and experienced educational leader who is passionate about helping young people achieve their academic, personal and future goals. You will have: Strong experience of teaching in secondary education, including at Key Stage 5. A proven track record of improving outcomes and driving positive change. Experience of leading and developing Sixth Form or post-16 provision. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire, support and develop staff. A good understanding of post-16 curriculum, assessment and progression routes. The ability to use data effectively to identify priorities and improve student outcomes. A commitment to high expectations, inclusion, safeguarding and student wellbeing. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, staff and external partners. A genuine passion for helping young people succeed and move confidently into their next steps. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who will bring energy, ambition and a real commitment to making Heron Hall Sixth Form an excellent place to learn, grow and succeed.
