About You We welcome applications from therapists across a range of experience levels. You will have: A recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification (essential) HCPC registration (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (essential) Experience planning and delivering evidence-based interventions. (essential) A commitment to collaborative, child-centred and neuroaffirming practice (essential) Experience of AAC, SEND, autism and complex communication needs would be beneficial but is not essential.
